At the start of 2026, we set our priorities and we wanted to give you an update and to ask for your help. For 2026, we set out 5 priorities:
Player and coach recruitment - we are looking for new players and coaches. Do you know anyone who might like to join us and could you coach one of our teams?
Fundraising - we are looking to appoint a Fundraising Secretary, who has a couple of hours a week to come up with creative and new ideas to raise funds for the club. Contact Helen or Dave, if you fancy getting involved.
Match days - once we have games going again, we would like your support to open the Pavilion for parents and players to use. If you can support on match days with serving coffees and teas, please let your Coach know.
Key club roles - we are particularly keen to get new Coaches, a Fundraising Secretary and anyone who might be interested in supporting with managing the finances of the club. Contact Helen or Dave if you are interested.
Property - much of our spending this year has been on fixing historic property challenges. This has included fixing the water pumps, replacing broken equipment, unblocking toilets, servicing the boiler and organising the correct payment of our electricity bill.
